Delivery Charges

For our mainland UK customers, our web site automatically calculates the correct postage and packing charge based on the weight of the items you have ordered. Our charges range from £1.50 for lightweight items to £10.99 for very large, bulky or heavy items.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

We are pleased to offer a next day delivery service (subject to stock) for UK mainland orders placed before 9am for just £8.99, Please note this price excludes very heavy or bulky items with size restrictions, If you have any queries regarding postage or would like a more detailed quotation then we will be happy to help and can be contacted on 01934 782407

 

Highlands, Islands & Isle of Man

Orders are assigned varying P&P costs depending on the weight of the goods. Light weight items (hooks, floats, terminal tackle etc) orders are charged from £1.50 P&P.

Medium/Heavy/Multiple Items (reels, bite alarms, rods, luggage, bivvies, chairs etc) are charged £19.99 P&P minimum. The exact postage will be calculated prior to us dispatching your order and we will contact you to let you know the cost.

Eire & Northern Ireland

Light weight items (hooks, floats, lines, lures etc) orders are charged from £1.50 P&P.

Heavy/Multiple Items
(reels, bite alarms, rods, luggage, bivvies, chairs etc) are charged from £19.99 P&P minimum. The exact postage will be calculated prior to us dispatching your order and we will contact you to let you know the cost.

Overseas Orders

All overseas orders incur a minimum £3.90 P&P charge on all orders. The exact postage will be calculated prior to us dispatching your order and we will contact you to let you know the cost and check you are happy before sending your order. In the rare event that one of the items you have ordered is out of stock we will hold your order until we are able to send it complete.

General Delivery / Returns Advice
 

All our deliveries require a signature so please ensure that there will be someone available at the delivery address you have given. In the rare event that an item is damaged on arrival we ask that you let us know within 48hrs so that we may dispatch a replacement to you and claim from the courier. Should you need to return an item to us , please do so via a insured traceable method as regretfully we cannot accept responsibility for returns late or lost in transit. Please take into account our second class courier service takes up to 5 working days, the majority of orders will be delivered well within the specified time although during peak times this service can strain, for this reason please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us. If this time frame has elapsed please feel free to contact us and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.
